Ping Issue

I know you guys get this all the time but I would like a GM tell me whats up with my ping. So it started at 66, then boosted to 80 a couple months ago, then a few weeks ago it went up to 120 and now it's back to 80. Also my internet isn't slacking i'm still getting my 47 in the West Server. It's not bothering me much i'm just wondering if it should get fix eventually.
