Black market issue

Well i have never seen this before, I buy a create I go to open it and the dial automatically spins round without me pushing a button and it sticks at the end and wont spin, I know my mouse is no the issue here. Anyone have this problem?

I did have it yesterday... but after I relogged and joined a game before doing BM, everything was fine... just try playing a game or restarting ur cf. that's what worked for me
