Its cheaper to let him play then to send somebody to court to defend z8's actions.

Its not about buying ZP its about court costs.

If z8 loses ( which they will in court if they are sued) They cant solidly proove anybody is hacking. We all know he was hacking. We can all see it and agree that he is, however it cannot be proven in court. So they will lose the case, have to refund all of his money, possibly all expenses involved and on top and more importantly set a precednt for hackers to run wild knowing that they will be unbanned at the threat of a lawsuit. Its cheaper to let him play under the auspices of him playing fairly and being watched.

Even if they won against a lawsuit, it will still cost them money to defend. Then they will have to spend more money to try and be reimbursed

Sad but true.

you all should just hunt him down in game and do your talking there. Even with hac.k 2 middle level players can take him out easily. He was actually quite easy to kill even with his hack.

PS: z8 has very narrow sighted vision for its future. They have a platform to be three times as succesful if they had the right business plan.

he got unbanned by one of those 4 ways:

1. He was under investigation and they didnt found any hacks *cough*

2. He paid alot of money to z8 games (idk if its possible)

3. He called them to say hes gonna sue them, they got scared and unbanned him. Cause they dont give a ****

4. Something else....
