In regards to hackers

There has been a lot of rage by players about hackers not being banned when they are reported. This applies to Metin as well as Crossfire. Various claims have been made about z8 games not banning certain players because they purchase zp.
Looking at this from an economic standpoint this cannot be the reason. z8 games is in fact a corporation that wishes to make a profit. It does this through raising revenue (players buying zp). Players will buy zp if they dedicate themselves to a game and wish to play it seriously. If a game contains hackers that have been cleared by z8 because they buy zp then the game will repel a large amount of players because the game is unfair. This in essence causes a large number of players (potential zp buyers) to quit or never start the game because of these hackers. z8 would be losing lots of money if they kept a few hacking zp buyers as opposed to banning these hackers and promoting a game atmosphere that attracts more players (zp buyers). With virtually unlimited product (zp) the more demand (more players) is better since zp has virtually no cost to them.
So now the question is raised: Why aren't these hackers banned in a timely fashion? More likely it is because those that fill out the hacker reports are doing it incorrectly or because the GM's are overloaded by reports. Keep in mind that there are only so many GMs and they don't work on weekends whereas people play these games 24hrs a day. Also, it has been noticed that if you repeatedly file reports following the correct format your reports will receive attention. However, this has yet to be verified and is only speculative.
To solve this problem, take the time to read over how to correctly report a hacker: http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=22151 At the bottom of the page is button to access the report page.
