Cross connection

Hi sorry for my english but i'm Italian
i have a problem with crossfire connecting...while i log on the channel / room it blocks on the word: connection to the channel / room...i have a connection stable only crossfire give me this problem...what is the problem?

your english is better than most peoples i've seen

your connection may be stable but its your connection from your ISP/you to the crossfire servers if you can stablize the connection to the servers you should be fine unfortunately im not sure how to stablize your connection to the server =\
