It happened again... I charged 4 more times and still no ZP..... Please , help me... I should have got the ZP.... Same message , but no ZP.... Fix this error , please , and give me my ZP... Thank you for your time...

what the hell is that did you use a phone to take a pic of a phone because that's what it looks like only looks like a phone thats really old that took the picture

you need clear evidence in a support ticket to prove you bought zp not a blurry picture of a phone from a phone..........

If you want to take a quick screenshot of your screen you can always use the snip tool.

In the start menu (vista/windows7) you can type the word snip. This will bring up a lasso or marquee selector that will take a snapshot of whatever you have on your screen and save it to a jpg.

You can then use that combined with a place like tinypic or photobucket to upload the picture to display it to us.

In the end though, for ZP issues. Depending on the method of payment, it might take up to a couple of business days to get to you. If there is an issue just make sure to contact support.
