client bug/ xtrap error

wel ike an week ago before the update idk when it was i got 2 wait for the patcher so i do that i wanna start cf and i get these 2 problems
before u post it yes i redownloaded it with virus scan of i have it in the exeption list and i redownloaded it 3 times!!!

1. i can't even see the new updates while i could see it before it looks like this


2. the xtrap error (the problem is it's unstable or somthing)
