If you know the rival faction storyline, they are leaders of both factions. Have been spotted in pubs before.

clearly someone hasnt been paying attention to this game at all...

both those characters are accounts made by the GM's for the rival faction event
Ghost is the leader of Black List and AlexRoid is the leader of Global Risk.

those clans are for the rival factions event. yu join them and work up points in a specific map for that time in the event. at then moment its prison. winners of each map receive a gift
