You could put on the site an option to join the accounts ... Would reduce the bills, because everyone has more than 1 account ... EX.: If you pass the Kills for a bill has to pass the deaths q, exp, wins, losers, ... And also clan: Where to spend the total of kills also pass the death of the points that are clan join add up the points and put the total ...
