two problems

alrighty, I looked for these two problems and didn't find a thread on them so I really hope I didn't over look one. these two errors are indeed unrelated to each other, or so I think. It's be weird if they were connected.

Ok, problem 1, the more severe problem. When I join a room, occasionally I won't be able to join/switch to the other side. If I leave the room then rejoin, same error. No, message pops up. It's just when I click the other slot or the Global Risk button at the top of their list, it shows that it's been clicked and has the sound, but no dice. rather frustrating.

Number 2. This problem...isn't so much a major problem as it is one that I figured, "heck, why not throw this one in there too. Maybe someone knows what's wrong."
When I boot up crossfire, the window for crossfire doesn't go to where it's supposed to go. Now let me explain that better xD. When cross fire starts up, it changes my screen resolution, which is normal b/c I have it on full screen, and my resolution in CF isn't that of my computor's screen (I feel I get better fps this way). So, when cross fire opens up, it's clear to see that it starts out as a smaller window at the resolution I set it at, then changes my computor's resolution to fit it so it can go full screen. Now, here's the problem. After crossfire changes my screen's resolution, the crossfire window doesn't move into place. It stays where the center of my other sized screen would be. If entirely necessary, I can probably snag a screenshot of this. Oh, one more thing. This problem happens the first two times I try to boot up cross fire. Always the first two times, then the third time is normal. It's kinda weird. Hope you guys can help.

god dont make posts so long, many people wont read it.
  • Did you really just say that? I mean honestly, did you really just say that?
If there's one thing I really despise about a lot of today's forum goers, it's that they put in one line of text and think that that suffices. Don't get me wrong, there are occasions when it does, but more often than not that's not the case.
Keep in mind that this is a support thread. Again, this is a SUPPORT thread. This isn't some off-topic forum where people count from 1-1 mil. or some random stuff like that. If you want to go and post one line of text or less, go do that in a more happy-go-lucky thread. But here, here in this thread, this is where people explain their problems to the best of their knowledge in hopes that others can help. With these long posts, I'm looking for someone who's willing to help. And if they're willing to read this "long" post as you call it, then the chances of them being willing to help me are much greater. If I had the intention of attracting people who don't give a...who don't care about looking into problems and helping out a stranger, I would have posted this in the cross fire barraks or somewhere this doesn't belong. So, if you're going to come into MY thread, in which I am trying to explain MY problems, and tell me that my posts are too long, then just get the hell out of my thread.
I apologize for that much QQ-ing but I really felt that this had to be said.
