Bad register is uk server?

Hey guys since the patch lots of dmg or so dont register... normally it takes like 10 bullets max for me to kill some 1 and now it goess to like 20bullets 80 dmg no armor players and such :[ is just dont get it cant get any good scores anymore since patch please help me

ye its called lag if you watch everyones ping on the scoreboard it constantly changes its only like that since they added in the second UK server it used to be stable before that
