Resolution messed up

I got a problem where whenever I run the game, the screen gets messed up. I can't take a print screen as the picture comes normal. So I took the photo with my mobile phone, sorry for the quality >.<


Please help. Oh yeah, I'm running on Vista, and I already did the "Run as Administrator" thing.

lol halirious you can make it looks like your playing 4 accounts at once doing the exact same thing would be fun lol

log in and go into a game or tutorial and see if the game screen returns to normal

also what is your main resolution? - desktop
