crossfire takes forever to open and load and Disconnected from server

so iopen cf g4box then i click start game then it freezes and stops responding. it closes xtrap and hgwc open. xtrap takes 2-3 minutes then hgwc loads in 1 or 2. then it takes until HGWC TIMES OUT for cf to open then i login and if i dont get disconnected to server before a match wehn the load bar is half i get disconnected
computer os Vista
cable Charter like 15 megs
my location MA
ping 20-40
FPS 50-120
ram 4 gigs

I got the same problem, but it doesn't last, it comes and goes all the time, just like the ping problem.

All patches had problems this one's are just... weird.

i get the exact same thing, wait forever to start the game and then it closes down because of disconnect, i think it is because of the new patch with the new maps and wepons
