Zp errors

okay i spent 2 hours doing free zp survays and NOTHING i didnt get a single zp... and the survay page offers to alow me to RETAKE the survay wich i have already completed... i used accurate information... with his many survays acting up i know its not the survay providers it has to be z8. how can i get my 30,000 zp for the quizez i did???
