I can't change my in-game name

I've been trying to change my in-game name for the last few days from "ilkist[of]AH" to "kaingram", but it constantly gives me the "Try again later" error. Kind of vague... If any GM can help it would be very much appreciated.

Wow that's strange. I'd say it's got something to do with the latest patch.

Does ZP get taken away from your account as you try to purchase it?
Is this the first time it's happened to you?
Does it happen with any other items purchased from the Mall?

send that picture in on a support ticket they should be able to change it for you if you cant do it

I already purchased the name-change. It just sits in my item list, and no, all other items work as intended.

I did. I'm still awaiting a response for 2 days now. I just brought it here to see if I could get it resolved.

Oh well, forget it. I just decided to change it to kaingrum, and it worked. But if any GM sees this please try and change it to kaingram like I wanted.

Had you previously used the name kaingram? If a name has been previously used the system has problems with using that name again.

Yep i had the same problem a long time ago, i changed my name then wanted to change it back and it would not allow me to, My guess would be either you have used this IGN before or it is already in use.

EDIT: I just search the name and all i can see is a Kaingram69 so i guess it has been used before and changed
