ping rise up since yesterday for no reason

Since yesterday my ping has gone up for no reason. I was playing as usual and had my normal ping ( 320 ) then went to open grates and return to play , I was remarking that I could kill with more facilities with an mp5 adv from the crates I had . but around half an hr later I was having problem to kill and had sometimes to empty a clip to have a kill . then I chect back my ping and could remark that it vas around 400+ .
I rebooted my computer and relaunch my internet modem as I normaly do sometime if my ping is slightly up ,and usually have it back to normal. But now since yesterday that higher ping which around 350 to 390 is still persisting .
Does any one have that same problem or have had it before and knows how to fix it or will it return to normal by itself ?
any imformation about this will be most welcome . thanks in advance

from 125~135 to 150~155

No I have direct line adsl
My ping was upper in west coast now ,it is still the same ping in west coast but in alpha etc it is higher , nearly 50 /100 more than usual
