Game Bug - 7 Day Shovel in coupon exchange
Hello CF Gamers!
A minor bug was introduced in the last patch that changed the Shovel in the Coupon Exchange window from 90 days to 7 days.
This was an unintended change.
All customers that have currently purchased this item will receive the 90 day version instead. If you have not received the 90 day version please send your IGN to http://support.z8games.com and we will make sure to correct the item.
All further customers between now and when we can fix the bug will receive the 90 day version if they exchange this item.
Thanks for being patient and we will have this particular change corrected in an upcoming update.

Ok good. Had sent a ticket for this think I was the only guy who noticed. Support told me that they sent my request to technical support. But I always have that 7day shovel (6day 3hours).
Please help me IGN: X-499003
Sent a second ticket when saw this just to be sure to get my 90day shovel (all this story is good thought coz it makes me get 90day shovel+the time they take to give me the 90day one xd) -

Another post from me xD. Why didnt I recive the shovel 90days and why when I send ticket with the thing I just quoted plus my IGN as asked they send me back that they sent it to techniacal support... When this is supposed to be simple. -

i exchanged my 15 coupons to get the shovel 90 days but then i saw a 7 day so i thought that it was only a bug and that i would have my 90 days after i purchased it but then after that noo i got 7 days
in my profile it says that i got 2 shovel? 1 that is 7 days and 1 90 days?
