More realistic exp system

In this system even if u are a lousy player u will make it to be an officer evetualy. To be fair I think we must change that.
If u get positive ratio u win exp, but if u get negative ratio and kill your team mates u loose exp. This way some one who is not good at this will stay a private for ever. For instance I am better than moust SFC 5 out there but we have the same rank and it is not fair becouse rank show how much u playd this game not how good u are at it.
I am even better then some leutenents and it's not ok. In a war a sfc must obay a leutenent because leutenent has more exp/training.
Another Ideea is to implement a system that detects farming. If u have for example 100 kills in 10 min that is farming 100%. Of course u may still do some farming but not like now.
