Mobile ZP Problem.

Hi, I'm from Turkey. When i try to buy zp from mobile i wrote my mobile phone number at 1st step at 2nd step it says we will send you a message and when you get this message you need to replay back but no message come to my mobile !!

Help me plz... !

    Hi, I'm from the Czech Republic and I would ask why I have not come ZP what I bought?

    This is actually something you need to take up with MOPay. Most likely you just mistyped your cellphone number.

    I assume no money was withdrawn so it is safe to try again if you're unsure.

    I don't know which payment method you used, but some take up to 12 hours or more to transfer the ZP.
    Also note that it IS a weekend, so any transaction issues won't be handled until Monday.

    Submit a support ticket on Monday/Tuesday containing transaction details if you're yet to receive your ZP by then.
