error crossfire-help me please

i have 2 computers,but one of them get the problem with installtion.when i have finished the installtion. i press icon CF then i press the button start, but the game dont run and dont annouce any info of error. then i repress ,it apears a small notice : patch is already running. As it would seem there are somethings who blocks the file patch and it cant go into th game, i have tried to turn off the fire wall, but it is the same. can you help me about this problem. thanks you all
