Help!!!

well i load up cf and sometimes it will log in and others i will get dced or it says it cant get my user info into server then after i join a game it might log me out back into the lobby after its done loading or while im playing it will dc me because of incorrect player info (btw before it does that it makes me get stuck on a wall) is there anyway to fix these problems?

pause all downloads close all programs that are running.
if it dosnt work uninstall the game then install it again.
