Can't send application for clan

For the past few days I've been trying to send a application to join a clan, but everytime I try after a bit it will go to the "Time out" screen which is starting to get really annoying.

Alot of people are having this problem and Z8 is aware of what's going on.

There are many other threads about this as well. Please do a search first before posting.
