Server Error

These are the problems I have encountered:

1. Joining a clan--> Server Error in/ Application
2. Accept/Deny Clan Application--> Player applications stay pending
3. Promote/Demote--> "Please enter password"

Please fix. I've been QQing about this the whole day.
