Omg is outrageus i have to join today to my clan or i'll loose a competition!!!! do something for that is unbelievable!!! we pay for this game and we are treated like garbages

I aggree, i really tought they would fix this at the same time they make the clan refresh. But no, they are just gay.

i feel like they mock us... is sad. They have ppl who has to work 24/7 to solve customer issues but i think they are in the lunch time all day long for 3 dayz!!

Is not about talking trash; i work in similar domain (selling services) and when i have a problem to fix i fix it ASAP or i notice the customers "ppl we have a delay because of..." an pls be patient. they let us "naked". Plus that i have a contest with my clan tonight and i have to be in.... for me is a hard problem!
