  • Ok, Let me make this clear for everyone. I have seen this on a judge judy so I know it is real. A person put a picture on his myspace and someone took that photo off of there myspace and posted it on the internet on their website. The person who had the myspace picture was mad so he tryed to sue them. It got denied. Because everything on the internet "picture wise" if fair game. I am not going to elaborate more. Nuff said.
  • And now I'm banned from IRC... dude what the heck

I think Adam is the only Mod I've seen argue with people via forum. The rest are always respectful and keep they're posts to the point, leaving out derogatory comments.

Pssh, lady shy is always fighting with people.
  • This has gone on long enough. The bottom line is, if a mod tells you not to do something, you should stop. The rules aren't set in stone, it's our job to interpret them and take action accordingly. If someone is being offended by a certain picture, they have the option to contact a moderator or admin to get it removed. If that person happens to be a mod or admin, they are well within their rights to take action. If someone asks you to stop posting a particular picture, have some common decency and stop. Is it illegal? No. Is it rude? Yes. This is not 4chan. We have standards.
