But he's a good GM.
The issue is that your job title is wrong. A Community Manager (CM) should be the link between the community and the decision makers. Like a super mod. What you described your job as was more like a head GM. Light was what a CM should be like.
Also, creating forum sections should take 5 seconds if you know what you're doing, so don't hype it up plz

The [MOD] job is to report the community affairs to the [GM] which makes it fallens buisness.

Actually, the community manager is directly in charge of the community. Technically speaking the mods should report community issues to the CM. GMs are in charge of their specific games. They handle things like updates, in-game events, and game specific issues such as hackers.
If you remember Light from Suba, she was the CM there. She didn't function for one particular game. -

Yeah but these people act like fallen should drop all he is doing to come hold it while they p!ss or something..What the hell is it that they want fallen to do.1 kid started this crap and look where its landed.
Multiple diss threads that I believe someone said will get people banned if they made post like this..and yet they continue..
It isnt fallens fault because this community fails.(Its the community that makes it fail.)12 year olds that think they should run the show.or think they know it all.
All in all who the hell cares.?I use to hang out on forums all the time but it seems like kids just want to talk trash or just downgrade other players.And if I was a mod SH!T would change up around here.BIG TIME............That is all for now.. -

All I was pointing out was that she spent much more time with the community.

You probably haven't talked to Fallen before that's why. Hes a chill, friendly, nice guy. I can tell he is doing his job by the way he replies back to me. He does much more than you think. Just leave it at that.
This wasn't about whether or not he is doing his job, it's about the fact that, when compared to our previous CM, his title doesn't really reflect on what he does.

I also HAVE had multiple PM conversations with him back in Suba, during which time he blatantly lied to me about multiple things, and had very little understanding of how the English language works. -
