Banned from SuperRewards?

Hi i have a problem with super rewards, i cant access the window anymore, nor can i access the customer support window:
I've had problems receiving zp from them for a long time, the last week's surveys took me up to 6 hours to receive my zp because i didnt receive at first and then i had to send them the proof pictures of confirmation photos, then their automessages responded every time so i resent it to them and after like 6 hours they gave me my now "hard" earned zp, about 3k zp for 6 hours... every time it took me about that long to receive my zp until yesterday when i started downloading programs from their survey site and install the ones that required it, like usual i didn't receive my zp right away, there was like 10 offers wich i had completed worth around 5k zp, so i started making pictures of the downloaded and installed files (for 10 different ones by the way) took me some time but i uploaded them all and sent to them, then i got the auto reply like usual and took me 5 hours of explaining that i completed them, but no zp received still, so i went to sleep and when i woke up i couldnt enter their SuperRewards site nor the customer support site.
so basically i've lost a lot of time and effort and didnt even receive my zp.

Lol, if u worked so hard for it. find a job and earn real money and spend some on zp..

im a student and i come home at 6 exept yesterday when i finished a little earlier, i'm serious i worked hard for that zp
