Issues with Clan Name

I just changed my clan name but it didn't save as I wanted it to.
The name atm is: M?rIáL??A?
but wat I wanted was MϕrƗáLϢA҉Ɍ
I just wasted zp on the name and it messes up. Please tell me wat I should do.
Do I waste more zp to change?

send a support ticket with a screen shot of what the clan name looks like right now and tell them what it's suppose to look like they might fix it or give you a refund

I think those are some symbols that aren't working on the font type Z8Games uses, so it turns them to question marks.

Should be about 3 days, may be faster if your lucky.

just be patient. if they do not reply in a week then send another one. or try getting a mod involved. Good Luck.
