Well someone placed a keylogger on my computer when i was away....dang that was great timing. its gone now, but now i dont have any known receipts for my zp purchases. Does this mean that there is no chance of getting my account back?

If you purchased zp from any of the known sites, then you can go to your purchaser and find your transactions. Once found just get the reciept, send a ticket in and boom there goes the dinomite. Just make sure that every bit of info you can give on the situation, to include your IP addy in the ticket and last time known playing, so they might be able to roll you back.

Hope this will work for you...and never leave your computer ON, or around others you dont trust. I dont even leave my computer running unless im right there with it. Or if you like to leave it on...just unplug your internet line from the back...cant be hacked if your not connected.

it got hacked through my dads computer because i accessed the forum through it a couple of times, as well as infecting it with a trojan horse

as unlikey as this sounds "placed a keylogger on your computer while you where away" you can still get your account back but you need alot of details to prove its your account for example the email address it's registered to as no one but the owner of the account would know this unless it was given out.

how someone can place a keylogger on your computer while your away is beyond me since it would require access to your computer or a downloaded file id say you downloaded something you shouldn't of and a keylogger went along for the ride

As unlikely as placing a key logger is. Having the security answer is the only way to get your password back.

As mentioned in this thread, if you have purchased ZP in the past you are always given transaction ID's and receipt numbers. Those things can also be used to get your password reset as well.

Those details should go into a support ticket.


And as a tip to players who might want to post information here. If you freely post your information here then you don't understand the nature of what a password is. A password is meant to keep your account safe, NO ONE ELSE should know your password. There is no reason to post it, or tell anyone etc.

PLEASE DO NOT TELL ANYONE YOUR INFORMATION.
