I can't get lieutenants. ?? O_o

Every time i put in my Answer and then i select my new Lieutenant and all it says is "Sorry, the security question answer is not correct." And yet, it is. Help?

don't forget security question answers are case sensitive.

If there are further problems with this you can send a support ticket, make sure to include the details as well as the security answer.
