I could Need Some Help

Hey may someone help me with my problem?
I'm trying to run the game and the patching thing works fine

But after that I only get a Black Screen some sec later it says CrossFire ( StoppedWorking)
Please I really need help!

I got Windows Vista

Does I need any client?
