xtrap crashing ..cant start game

i think its from the little update it did ..... this thing appears i click mail to xtrap..then a few min later this next screen appears ...

i talked to alot of ppl are having this problem but then some arnt this isnt fair -_-

u have free antivirus that fails...

even after todays 2nd xtrap update it still does the same thing shown in the pictures above...i try to close xfire ,, nothing else is running exept my anti virus which is avast anti virus and i even try closing it and try to go on crossfire same thing in pictures nothing works i try everything .. it can only be fixed from them they need to do something....heres what im running on:

as u can see i got AVAST anti virus ....Iobit 360 is more of a cookies and temp files for internet adware removal n stuff its good too ..system care cleans makes pc go faster .. but i never really run them they are always off only avast runs as u can see at bottom right bar

i havnt played in 2 days and a whole lot others too .... idk y some ppl are able to play when quite a few others cant either...its kinda not fair for us that are missing the easter slaugter event which we cant participate i did the 2 days it came out but i cant anymore...

just confirmed about 50 ppl from my xfire they having same xTrap crashes and also a diffrent when that says its conflicting with programs running a diff xtrap crash i read in a diff thread ...so alot of ppl arnt playing these r just ppl ik ... there must be so many!

I am having same problem, it takes a lot of time to have 87% then the black screen dont start up and it says timed out.

Lol yh, X-crap but now its fixed for me. I had to disable my mcafee and it worked.
