You don't send a support ticket for this, Z8 doesn't directly handle surveys/offers etc. You need to click 'offer status' then, if available, click 'report' or 'help', whatever is next to the individual offer 'status' box. -

You know when you click on 'check offer status' or w/e it's called, does it come up as just a white screen? Like nothing on the page except white, if so, it means your temporarily banned from Customer Services, either because you have a) sent too many support requests or most likely b) haven't qualified for alot of the surveys. I get the white screen too, but you can still get rewarded for completing offers even if this happens. You'll never get rewarded for every offer you complete, but to help, make sure you turn off the ad-blocker/pop-up blocker (you are viewing ad's after all) and allow 'Third party cookies'. FireFox is the best browser to use while filling out surveys, from personal experience.
