Don't get my ZP (Paysafecard)

Hey Guys,
this is my 1st post.:P
I didnt get my ZP although i have paid it. I dont know what i did wrong.
First i logged in >Deposit>Prepaid>Paysafecard>entered Code
everything was fine...
i bought a 10€ (~13,08$) paysafe card (I'm from Germany)
so after paying i have only 4,09$
that should mean i got my ZP
BUT I DIDNT! why?

I dont think anyone is gonna solve your problem, I have a 50k zp gamecard that I wont deposit until someone actually tell us what is going to happen to us??!! We got tons of issues and no one cares, no one responds to your support tickets, alot of people are hacking and no one can stop them, many people impersonate GMs and no one cares, WTH is happening?
