ZP Purchase weird thing happened

Ok,

So i live in the UK and my dad lives in Germany. I wrote him an email asking if he could buy me some ZP. He did and this is what he wrote back:

''Done, you should see your 20000 points within next 12 hours...''

around 40mins later, i see that i have 3299zp ( 3000 added on as i had 299zp ). I thought ''Ok the rest must be coming later'' so i spent 1000 of it on a crate. So i now have 2299zp.

The next morning, i woke up and found that i still had 2299zp. More than 12hours has passed and nothings come? What should i do ????

Well.... They never actually reply. I wrote them one issue i had previously twice and they never got back to me..
