When the GMs come back online?

When the GMs come online again?
Im waiting since last Wednesday, no answer to my support ticket.
The most of the people said that the GMs come this monday
back online.But I ve no answer.In-Game there are no GMs online too.
MODs or GMs answer please: When the GMs come online?
Or when comes Saidin online?

Please help me.

its 7:40 A.M here, and I don't think GM's work that early. As for support ticket , maybe in 5 hours?

Umm im from Germany.So its 15.00 now.
Hmm in 5 hours it is 20.00.Will they answer then?

Today is Easter Monday in Canada, its a National holiday like many other countries so they don't work today.
Last Friday was Good Friday, they didn't work then either.

Oh thats not good.I have easter too and im not happy to wait till tomorrow evening.
My problem is that due to a Account Issue i can't play the most time of
the holidays crossfire.The most of the holidays i sat down and waited
till i can play crossfire again and now i must wait till tomorrow evening.
Hmm.2 Weeks i waited, but i can't do anything.



I ve got another question:Is Saidin the onliest GM? Because it always takes so much time
for an answer to a support ticket.

Hes not the only one who answers tickets, there are hundreds of tickets as there are thousands of CrossFire users.

Yeah but thats to much time.I think if there were more GMs, the problems
( mine too ) were quicker fixed.

And in my Problem i rather need not an answer of a support ticket, thats just to
make the GMs know that they can unblock my account now.
And not just that i cant play crossfire, my ZP Items will disappear in the next time
and i can't play with it.

I dont Know whenever they want to? All i know is Crossfire will Say incorrect player info a lot of the time and disconnect me when im Ace in a match!

Ok.Thats not the Problem of this thread but i just want to say:
I personally dont get errors so much, but i get kicked to 50 % of the
matches i play.Thats very bad, but there are kiddies who are angry that
they aren't so good like me. =D
