Is it possible to block people from writing in your thread?

Example : I write something here and one some people would come and only flame and say nonsense things and make a mess in the thread until it get closed.
So let say like Mr X come here and say BS and then, I don`t want him any more to come and write in any of my future thread .
Am I able to put him on a list to prevent him from access to my thread ?
( like for the buddies )

This will prevent a great amount of useless flame in the forum .

If Mr X is a continuous flamer, he really should be banned rather then blocked from your threads.

Report him.

no I don't think so. but maybe you shouldn't be so hostile and foul mouthed ingame to a stranger to create future Mr X's

What ever for what reason I insulted you in game ( there must be a reason at least for me to have insult you , would you agree ? ) I SAY here on that forum in front of all people that would come and read

No. It wouldn't technically be fair if you could block certain people from posting in your thread. I could understand an ignore feature where that persons posts do not show up to you though.

If that person is breaking the rules by flaming and spamming then they really should be banned though.

P.S. I only read the title and a few words of someone elses post.

I think it's not possible to block a person from spamming or flaming a thread.
I would just yell "SHUT UP!" if someone flames.

There is no way to stop a person from posting in any given topic...But I can stop them from posting in all topics lol but that would be banning them.

for the Ban i know , but i was asking this cause I can see in many threads that there are some people who will come and talk nonsense and not even have any thing to do with what you write
example :some would come and only say that your gramma suck ,or learn to speak and write English but would not make an effort to give a little reply to the thread itself . You see what I mean ?
and you can`t ban those kind of people for being not educated enough but we can avoid them from being on our thread if we don`t like those kind of useless comments that also bring some kind of flame and spoil the thread.
