Connection Problems

The game loads properly, everything works up to the point when I join a game. There the loading screen comes up, it goes to the 'L' in 'Loading' and then momentarily freezes. It then goes back to the channel screen, and states: "Connection has been Delayed." I've checked my anti-virus and firewall, they are not causing the problem. Any idea on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
