A bug or a Hack?

I was playing ghost mode and a ghost came attacking me... i fired my shotgun and I died... i noticed later that I made 101 damage and he was still alive.... What's this a bug or a hack? :O I am amazed! I got a screenshot of it.

It never tells you how much armor you take off.
Also there is no HP hacks atm so I guess it's a bug.
