It takes to much time for an answer to a support ticket!

Hello,

i have the problem, that i must talk with Z8 because of important things.
But till the answer comes i can ever wait 5-7 Days.
And i can't communicate with Z8 when they take so much time
for an simple answer.
And i've got another problem with the customer service.
Im from Germany and i dont know which number i must press to
talk with a Crossfire-Support-Man/Woman.
So what must i press?
And has any GM,CM,MOD Skype?
I need help.Its very important.
