It takes to much time for an answer to a support ticket!
Hello,
i have the problem, that i must talk with Z8 because of important things.
But till the answer comes i can ever wait 5-7 Days.
And i can't communicate with Z8 when they take so much time
for an simple answer.
And i've got another problem with the customer service.
Im from Germany and i dont know which number i must press to
talk with a Crossfire-Support-Man/Woman.
So what must i press?
And has any GM,CM,MOD Skype?
I need help.Its very important.

you do realise you cant directly talk to them right ? they are busy people and their still working problems from the very beginning of the game up to the present issues plus the community has many more problems than just 1 you cant be greedy my best words just wait your turn and they will contact u upon the finding of your support ticket.
patience is the virtue btw they wont talk directly to players on skype or anything while in the office its against their regulations nor will they be likely to reach you out of the office
but browse some technical support forums im sure you will find wat your looking for z8 provides a wide variety of forum sections with lots of helpful information ! -
yea i agree they are to slow with support they need to have a priority level or something. like some that put money and something goes wrong and no zp should be first on list. they would solve there problems faster if they didnt replay once every few days on a ticket that needs more than that. and if they could get there information straight like when you give them one transaction id that you didnt receive zp for and they come back saying you recieved it but its a different id number.

well they work things the way that they do , and they seem to work quite effectively for everyone in the community their busy men and they cant do everything their not superman but eventually they will have everything up to speed when they get rid of all the QQ'ers needs that are bogging up the support ticket box

this is why they need a priority level for the tickets to help them choice the more important ones first. and it doesnt matter how busy you are if someone puts money into the game and doesnt receive the product you should be right on that asap -

The mod team is seperate from the support team. We are unable to answer support tickets. -

Why MODs and GMs dont answer?
I send PMs in forum.I whispered in-Game.So often.
Just one time a MOD answered me, it was dot.
Why they don't answer?Eventually are they afk, but in such cases
i think that the MODs just don't like to answer, because the
players are in their eyes unimportant (Thats just what i think in
such cases).
Any MOD please answer to this. -

wouldnt you get annoyed if like 20ppl just randomly pmed you?
and most of the time they r afk
