Crash while loading

When I try to join rooms at these maps: Alaska(only alpha server), Zone 13, Power Plant(S&D), Port(FFA), sometimes Prison and Ceyhan. When I join the game and wait for the gae to load, the game crashes and closes, but does not show any message. SOMETIMES it says 'Send error report?' and click on 'Yes' or 'Ok' or whatever you want. Err... I want a solution for this error. Thank you.
