A)You can ignore it.

B)It's a bug, the system has the COPPA set to off, but for some reason it still comes up.

C)We're working into the problem. Because it's not affecting most current functions it's a relatively low priority.

Once we determine the root cause we'll be able to correct everyone's accounts.
