I've been wronged by z8

Recently I have accidentally bought the PSG-RD with my 70 coupons when I should have clicked on the AWM-CAMO. I notified z8 from the support section of this site immediately. It took them about 3 days to reply back to me.

In my original question/complain I wrote, "Hello, Recently I have tried to purchase the AWM-CAMO with my 70 coupons. On accident I pressed the PSG-RD and now I have that gun. Is there anyway to get my coupons back so i can get the AWM-CAMO?"....After about 3 days they sent me this..."We are sorry to inform you that we can do nothing for you." They also just posted the link, "http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?p=553784#post553784". The rule is 48 hours time frame or else I wont be able to exchange it anymore but it took them 3 DAYS TO REPLY BACK TO ME!!!
What do you guys think?!

If you have the time and date of when you sent the ticket, I don't see why they have a problem with it.

I think that if you truly meant to click the AWM camo and you mean what you are saying that they should refund you back ur coupons, seeing as ur going to immediately on the AWM anyway, plus its not like z8 will lose any money over this, they can just take back the PSG right? or just replace the PSG with the AWM without refunding the coupons.

Only if it is a coupon gun and you notified them within 48 hours of the accident. Anything other than that is a no go.

Same happened to me but it's about my account, I still havnt got a PM back in 3 days...

Also, PSG red-dragon is a good gun if u know how to use it

Item sales are final. So an accidental click is still a purchase and can sometimes result in these kinds of responses and actions.

According to our records. Your item was purchased on the 16th and the ticket was sent on 26th.

Even though it took 3 days to reply to, the original ticket was sent well after 48 hours.
