Doop does not have the best shot in this game and he knows that. He is one of the smartest players however if not THE smartest player. That is what allows him to perform so well no matter if he is sniping or rifling.
From what I've seen, Popz is the best sniper in this game along with minty, craven, and even doop because of how intelligent he is.
i've seen you shoot your way out of bad situations so many times. astonishes me each time lol
as for the top sniper list:
popz
tank4869
i don't even bother trying to counter snipe vs either player
i wouldn't put myself in the top 3 as i depend on my teammates too much.
minty's good with an awm, but i think his rifle is better
craven has a great shot, but he needs to work on repositioning more
bloody has a nice shot also, but he tries to quickscope to much
as for people who snipe outside of lifeline, don't really recall any names
maybe shandalover if he even still plays -

you forgot sneeze. my top are:
popz, craven, sneeze, shanda and doop... i hear minty is good nowadays. but haven't seen him play since LG. -
alright, for all those saying devourz is one of the best awmers. All his movies are pubs, so you can't tell that way. I doubt he would perform just as well in scrims against good teams.

Let me enlighten you, popo is bad... even when he still played all those months ago when i wasnt even a butterbar, i saw him in a pub, all he did was camp and i still killed him half a dozen times.. ntd isnt bad.. but is not the best... im not even aware of who is the best... cant really put anything to it.. havent seen popz play but once or twice and he wasnt that bad but i didnt see anything special.. devourz is probably one of top 5-7.. but he camps like a hor. which isnt that bad i guess but it is annoying :S -
