Clan Accept problem

I want to Accept new Members in my Clan,but it says they were in a clan.
They left their clans and at the hompage they dont have a clan.
When they go in ,after their names is their old clans.We all restart Computers.

Can someone help us?

Edit: I am in my clan though ingame... how strange is this?

My gf tried to join my clan yesterday, but she got the same problem as the 1st one.

You can't know that for sure can you?

Anyway, I Tried to create a new 1 and this is what I get:
Error occured when create guild. Please try later or contact us.
So it´s either a bug in the html script, or their SC isn´t good..

Then tell me why it worked yesterday?

And I checked the SC, and none of the crossfire clan codes were there.. guess they removed them
