I signed up for the Netflix trial offer to receive zp through paygratis

This was 8 hours ago and I haven't received any zp. I emailed someone through the help function on the offer itself as it was stuck on 'started' status but I haven't received anything back from them. Am I just shiested out of the zp or what?
