The new prices to buy zp with sms COlombia

well in january 2010 with 1700 cop(1 usd) you get 2000 zp. that is an aceptable prize here in colombia
now with 17 000 COP(8 usd) you get 2000 zp. too much money for only 2000 zp
... and i cant buy anything good with only 2000 zp.
I remember that time when i buy a spop with only 12 000 cop...and now its like 70 000 COP :S...
I want that prizes back... Cause i dont have credit card, so i cant buy zp xD...
my question is...why the zp prizes get up in colombia?
