Harassment
In theory are "hackusations" classed harassment in terms of reporting them to get them banned?
And particularly so, when the player falsely accusing is constantly hounding you or team mates to kik you, Such as spamming "hakr kik [name]", "[name] f'ing hack" etc etc etc

Well your entitled to your opinion but making false allegations, using abusive language, hounding you constantly and intimidating and hounding fellow team mates until they kik you, is in my book harassment.
And any charge that applies to these noobs ought to be used against them. -

If they do it constantly and you don't want them to. Yes it is. If someone went around following you all day long irl calling you a hacker would you go to the cops and file a harassment? I know I would. It is something that keeps happening and won't stop that you don't want to happen.Someone spamming that you hack isn't really Harassment. -
I wonder how many people that think it's not harassment, would consider the reverse harassment?
Say I was in game and didn't like a person for whatever reason and then said:
"noob b*st*rd"
"fcking noob"
"[name] is noob"
"kik [name] is noob"
"eat sh*t noob"
"die slow noob"
"vote the noob of you c*nts"

Remember, its case by case. When in doubt...report. But I would have to say this: If your going to spend the time to report, just compress a bunch into one file, aka a .rar or .zip - this way you can send in a whole crap load at once. Just let whomever your sending the file to know that your file contains multi reports and possible user names in said file. Remember KISS...keep it simple stupid.

PS keep a folder of your SS, multipule offences of the same person to me is def harassment. Each file has a date created, like a time stamp. Longer it goes on the better chance you have of getting said person banned. And some people do get temp banned for a day or so. Its only a day, so you might not notice, also not every ban and temp ban are listed...thats a lot of work. -

If you feel that people that purchase zp dont get banned, or the fact that someone high ranked wont get banned, then you need to look at the leader of Smoke'n'Gunz. As he was very high ranked and spent a boat load on zp. And hes been banned along with other members in that clan, for things ranging from hacking to harassment. His IGN was Pro'n'Gunz which changed almost weekly to keep the heat off.
Trust when i say this, zp dosnt get you a "Get out of ban Free" Card.

I hate people that just scream out hack, i was in a S&D yesterday with a few of my clan mates pubbin.. some guy comes out of nowhere, joins..and as soon as i get a headshot on him, he starts typing HACK as fast as he can...thats the most annoying BULL SIT ever.

Yea, I know what you mean.
Some players on here feel that they are so good that they are almost invincible, in their mind they can do what VIP hackers do but simply by using their 'skill', the truth is that they are so noob they get gunned down easy, therefore you "obviously hack".
Thats the mindset of those that get shot just once and for the very first time, and them spam constantly:
"HAK KIK"
"[name] HAKS"
"DIE HAKER"
"OMG HACKR"
"[name] IS NOOB HAKR"
"F'ING KIK HIM HAKR" -
Hey ok this is just my opinion but people call me hacker or noob or whatever and thats not harrasment .. but if they would pm me even after a round etc that is harrasment and that should be a bannable offence (even if just 1 day) I think you shouldn't ban players for just saying something ingame sometime even I get mad and say something like:
F*cking ret@rd team you can't do sh*t you f*cking idiots I would be better of with badgers that do bite attacks then you kanker mongool idiot ret@rds! (something like that)
I just can't take it when my team is so noob cause if your team is noob and sucks you start to suck to .. its true I tested it if I am in a good team I can totaly dominate and pown and stuff and MVP, ACE and last kill and whatever but when my team sucks then I start to suck to lol
.. I found even really good players and friends etc suffer from this 
(haveing a noob cannon or everybody exept you being noobs obviously doesn't make this aply) -

You're wrong... There's alot of zp buyer's that got banned. Ex: [Turk]Mike, SmokeNgunz, etc
Not just because you use money on a game, and you don't follow the rules that you won't get banned. It's simple, you don't follow the rules you can get consequences. -
FYI regular chat spam isn't going to be harassment in most cases.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the public chat in games it's tough to really issue bans based on kids yelling and screaming.
As mentioned though, it's judged case by case. If it's that excessive, especially swearing, it can result in some form of punishment being handed out.
But remember we are a TEEN rated game, so some stuff is unavoidable and inevitable.
FYI, most people who whine and complain about someone being a hacker and that they are going to report them etc don't actually do that. -

banned for 1 week for harassment
i got banned the 28th last month for harasssment, but i really didn't say anything to anyone... today someone Ticked me off and all i said to her was ** go **** urself* c'mon i was really angry it just came out lol.... umm she said she will report me for this.. just wondering if i would get banned for that 4 word sentence... ? i did get banned for 1 week before so im just wondering if i would get a Perm.. ban .?
