Hacker's & hacked accounts
Ok, here is the deal, when is the new patch coming out?? bc this public aimbot is insanely annoying. For instance, last night i was playing and i felt the urge to play some teamdeath, i went into 6-10 rooms and there was atleast 1-3 full out, no joke, aimbotters. sure i can try reporting them, but it seems they are too busy to ban them. Might as well just get the new patch out.
Hacked acc's. another subject that i've noticed is a big deal lately. 3 of my close friends had their acc's hacked and didn't get the email about password change. they did about 40 support tickets each and tried PM'ing the GM's plenty of times. where's the help??
2 of them were hacked without giving their passwords but must have been guessed and the other has no idea what the hell happened bc not one person had his info...

Don't give out your account info to someone you don't know or if you even know them.

About the hackers, nothing you can do really. As soon as they patch, they will update their stuff within a day again. It's Z8's fault for thinking GG actually tries to stop them.
Being hacked is completely their own fault. Giving out information to friends, installing a program and getting keylogged. Or just dumb enough to have easy to guess passwords. It can easily be avoided by having hard passwords that you change every week or so. -
Every last one of my tickets has been answered - sometimes even twice, if I asked an additional question afterwards.
true they do try help us and GG is rubish because it wont leme play cf with cheat engine even wen i deleted it it wouldnt let me play :eek: so i had 2 reinstall cf but ye GG is quiete crap

Hackers would be back within 24 hours of the patch.
We don't need a patch we need a better anti-hack.
There shouldn't be any hacks being able to get past the system anyway, sooo why waste time and patch the system when it is soo crap.
the patch would at least get rid of the speed if available and aimbot and chams 4 a while -
OK. let me tell you something, not one anti-hack, wether it be GameGuard, punkbuster or hackshield or some other one, can ALL be bypassed, it doesn't matter which one we use, it'll always be bypassed, what we do need is a more effective banning method e.g. hardware ban.

ive seen many people go negative with an aimbot, i don't see it as a problem, its easy to spot, then kick, but its funny sometimes watching them run into walls and what not, i was playing desert storm and there was an aimbotter watching a guy above him in the tunnel

if z8 games bann the iSP (internet Server provider) we dont have to live with it dude
but i think they dont would bann the iSP
they just need PUNKBUSTER anticheat and the world in cf is 99% better....
i play 15 years ego's and i think best anticheat protection is this punkbuster...sometimes going a bit crazy but most time it works fine.... -

GameGuard still prevents much less than the others.
but i dont think z8 is in charge of who is our anti hack anyway -

Where are you getting your facts from?
Hacks will always get through anti-hack programs. The reason GG is bashed so often is because it is a very intrusive (even malicious) program. It attaches to every single process you are running (even notepad, MS paint, etc.) which is hardly necessary. This also sets off some firewalls and anti-virus programs which causes further compatibility issues.
Hacks existing is not GameGuard's fault.
If the game was programmed properly, then the only hack that would exist is wallhack, and aimbot -- Both unavoidable due to the nature of FPS games. Speed and throwing knives exist due to poor programming.
