Computer problem

alrite so i just formated my computer, it is running vista. the reason i formated it was because the physical memory was out of control somtimes around 80-90%. ok so i format the computer. i get back on Dl crossfire, dl gamebooster, dl vent, dl google chrome. thats all i still have on my computer i have 110 gb of free memory. but still my physical memory is at 78 % and also while i am typing this cpu usage keeps spiking to 100% then back down to around 16.

soo please if any1 knows how to fix this please let me know because THIS SUCKS.

sounds like you may have a virus but I think im wrong.

Vista is a resource hog, downgrade to XP or upgrade to 7 and you should see a change in how much RAM your computer uses, trust me it's vista, my laptop has high RAM usage too.

make sure your operating system has enough RAM to run it.
you need like 4 minimum for 64-bit and 1 or 2 minimum for 32-bit.
(I think I got those right)
